Shipping
- Processing Time: Orders are processed in the order they are received. Pre-order items require 8–10 weeks for delivery unless otherwise noted on the product page.
- Shipping Carriers: We use trusted shipping providers; however, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
- Delays: Annesia Allie New York is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at within 48 hours of delivery.
- To qualify for review, items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
- Upon approval, we will provide either a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
